Joe Borg: Building Inspector and Mediator
Joe Borg has 40 years' experience in the building industry covering
a wide range of areas, including carpentry, tiling, architectural
and design drafting, production planning, building supervision, construction
management and running a number of building companies.
Joe has experience with and an understanding of VCAT matters and he has
appeared as an expert witness in the Victorian Civil and Administrative
Tribunal and the Federal Court. His passion is Alternative Dispute
Resolution (Mediation) because he has witnessed simple disputes escalate
to expensive and drawn out legal battles that leave both disputants no better
off.
